Our restaurant is a French townhouse located in Kanazawa Higashi Chaya District. You can enjoy creative and delicate dishes that make the most of seasonal ingredients. When the season is right, we will also prepare a dish using precious game such as bear, wild boar, and deer from the foot of Mt. Hakusan, so please enjoy the finest ingredients. The restaurant also has an open dining area with an atrium on the first floor, and private rooms on the second floor where you can dine at your own pace.
