“Cool building, average food.”
Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. We upgraded the course menu so as not to eat heart or intestines. Prices reflect the amount of tourists that pass through.

Superb meal in authentic Japanese ambience and hospitality. Taster menu was very enjoyable using the freshest and seasonal ingredients. Heartily recommend the experience.

“Waygu Steak meal extraordinaire”
We chose the preset meal which gave us a taste of the salads, waygu beef tartar and many cuts of bbq meat. The mochi ice cream puffs capped off the culinary delight. Served by Aimi who was very professional and fun to chat with. Peaceful music made the evening even more enjoyable.

“Polite, Professional and caring staff! Set menu is great!”
The restaurant menu has a great variety of selections and includes different kinds of set menu that you can find what suits you the most. Quality of food is great. I like how they care for small details. For example, they let us choose the bowl for rice.(very cute) The overall experience is beyond... our expectations. Mr. Eight was our server, and he made our experience even more pleasant. Polite, professional and caring! We would recommend Daishokun to everyone who’s visiting Kanazawa:)

“Not just a meal, an experience”
This wasn't just a meal, it was a complete experience. From the greeting when we arrived and taken into our own private booth to the myriad of little dishes that came in a constant flow, it was a true delight. Karin who looked after us was super friendly and helpful explain all the dishes with the v...arious meats being cooked at the table. One of the best culinary experiences I have had anywhere.
