“Fantastic food , experience and service in Kanazawa.”
Nobunaga course - 5 star food. Sweet shrimp from Ishikawa prefecture with steak tartare was beautiful and was a great way to introduce the many different cuts. If you are visiting Kanazawa do you best to visit this establishment.

“Outstanding meat, place and personnel”
Excellent menu cooked in front of us, the most tender meat ever experienced. Additionally, one meat tartare with raw shrimps and egg yolk I will remember for long. Personnel extremely kind and polite. I recommend for sure!

“Delicious with great service”
Every food course was delicious and cooked to perfection. The waiter Arika was incredible and made it a wonderful night. The private dining rooms make for a lovely, intimate experience. Would highly recommend!

“Must attend restaurant in Kanazawa”
If you are in Kanazawa this place must be on your list!! Had a fantastic evening at Yakiniku House Daishogun Kanazawa tonight. On arrival we were unsure we were at the right restaurant then were greeted by name by the very professional and welcoming restaurant manager. The building itself was beaut...ifully designed and fitted out. We chose our dishes and loved them all, the local beef was outstanding and we enjoyed chatting and getting to know the manager throughout the meal. The manager even helped us cook our beef which was a nice touch. Overall this was a fantastic experience and would highly recommend to anyone.
