“The best yakiniku in Kanazawa!!!”
Wow! What an incredible experience we had in this beautiful restaurant! The service was phenomenal especially by Eight, who led it. The food and presentation and quality were outstanding! They are welcoming and respectful, I would definitely be back again next time I come back 🤍🙏🏽

“Perfect evening”
We visited for Christmas Eve and had a lovely celebration. The service was impeccable, we had a private room, and every dish was truly special.

“A wonderful dinner at Daishogun Kanazawa”
During a two-day stay in Kanazawa, we happened to pass by this restaurant on the street, and it immediately caught our attention. We were absolutely not disappointed. The menu is very interesting, with many options available through set menus as well as à la carte choices. As a meat lover, I could ...only enjoy the different Wagyu selections — they were exceptional, and I truly loved them. Special thanks to Eight for his excellent service, and to Akira (who speaks French); both took great care of us from start to finish. I highly recommend this restaurant. Many thanks!!

The staff are incredibly kind, and the quality, aging, and seasoning of the meat are excellent. The Kuwabara-yaki, in particular, is outstanding.
