Located in a beautiful modern mall with sweeping window views out across the city, Carlo Pizza Kanazawa offers not only excellent food but also a wonderfully relaxed and stylish atmosphere. The setting feels bright and contemporary, making it a perfect spot for a leisurely lunch or dinner while enjo...ying the urban scenery. The drinks menu was impressive, with a wide selection of wines, local beers, sake, and more. There was something to suit every taste, and it paired perfectly with the food. The staff were incredibly welcoming and super attentive throughout our visit. We were never left waiting for anything, and their warm, friendly service made the experience even more enjoyable. The chips were a tasty garlic and flavoured starter. As for the pizzas, they were absolutely lovely. The sweet potato pizza was outstanding — beautifully sweet, creamy, and perfectly balanced. The lotus root pizza was also very enjoyable, offering a unique texture and flavor, although next time I think I’d choose one of the tomato-based options like the mozzarella or diavola for a more classic finish. The walnut dessert was truly spectacular — light cream, delicate meringue, and cleverly crafted icing all came together in a perfectly balanced and memorable finale. All in all, this is our favourite place in Kanazawa, and we’ll definitely be returning. 美しいモダンなショッピングモールの中にあり、大きな窓から金沢の街並みを一望できる素敵なロケーションです。明るくスタイリッシュな空間で、ゆったりと食事を楽しむのにぴったりのお店です。 ドリンクメニューもとても充実しており、ワイン、地元のビール、日本酒など種類が豊富でした。料理との相性も抜群です。 スタッフの皆さんはとても親切で、常に気配りが行き届いていました。待たされることは一度もなく、温かく丁寧なサービスのおかげで、さらに素晴らしい時間を過ごすことができました。 ピザも本当に美味しかったです。特にさつまいものピザは絶品で、ほどよい甘さとクリーミーさのバランスが素晴らしかったです。れんこんのピザも食感が楽しく美味しかったですが、次回はトマトベースのモッツァレラやディアボラのような定番ピザも選んでみたいと思います。 デザートのくるみの一品はまさに感動的でした。軽やかなクリーム、繊細なメレンゲ、工夫されたアイシングが見事に調和し、印象に残る締めくくりとなりました。 総合的に見て、金沢でいちばんお気に入りのお店です。また必ず訪れたいと思います。
