“Impressive Parfaits”
Nice facilities in a lovely arcade / plaza. Only criticisms are that they don’t have any alternative milks. But I’m splitting hairs 😊 Impressive ice cream parfaits.

“Don’t go! Avoid at all cost.”
Rude and loud staffs with hostile attitude. Never seen such manner in Japan. Drinks were roughly made and not fresh an even expensive. Worst experience ever!

“When You are In A Rush”
Saint-Marc is a good place when you are on the run between appointments, or need to hurry and grab something if you are out and about sightseeing. The sandwiches are fine, and the coffee is reasonable. Staff are quick and considerate. Zip in. Zip out!
