“Cheerful udon”
A cheerful, accessible and good value udon restaurant, also serving adequate tempura and Matsuyama's speciality dish: sea bream on rice. About 10 mins walk west of Dogo Onsen.

“Great portions, good variety”
Daikokuya was recommended to us by our hostel owner as a local favorite. Unfortunately, the item that he recommended (tai fish over rice) was sold out. But there were many other options and we left with very VERY full bellies for great prices!
