鉄板焼 欅 けやき

The restaurant is on 23F, the top floor of the hotel, which is by far the tallest building around. You can see the castle from seats near to the window. I knew that they were going to tend to the details well when my beer arrived in a hammered copper vessel! I ordered the premium sirloin with shrimp... and scallop course menu. There was a tray of four starter dishes; they were all very, very good. There were grilled potatoes, mushrooms and garlic. The scallop was very large. It was cooked in front of me in the shell.. The shell was on a bed of rock salt, which had been saturated with vodka and lit, cooking the scallop in its shell with a really tasty cream sauce. Wonderful. The shrimp was very fresh and delicious. The beef was great, A5, melt- in- your- mouth. There were fried veggies and dipping sauces. It was great, one of the best teppan grill meals outside of Tokyo. Dessert was a Kugel of sherbet and three bites of kiwi, strawberry and pineapple, all at their flavor peak, juicy and sweet. The chef was very professional and competent. Definitely a high- end meal, and they make it worth the price. Highly recommended.
