Went with my Japanese colleague for dinner at this restaurant . The entrance is not impressive ( with no parking lot ) .but inside is spacious and the staff is warm and friendly . Manager Yasuo Wakasa ( who i presume was the Master Chef ) was at the other end of the counter , ready to serve... any kind of sushi and sashimi we wanted to eat . The menu is all in Japanese , so my colleague ordered the dishes , while Wakasa san served us instantly decorating each dish elegantly . The fish and vegetables were all fresh and each dish tasted as good if not better than the previous one .For drinks one should start with a glass of Asahi beer or wine followed by Japanese "sake". While in Matsuyama , a dinner at this restaurant is highly recommendable .
