“My favorite restaurant”
“terrace38 “ is a cafe and dining bar. It's a 10 minute walk from Tokushima Station, on the first floor of the building. It's near the Shinmachi bridge. It's open for lunch and dinner, and is closed on Tuesdays. I ordered all-you-can-drink course. The fresh vegetable salad, pizza, and pilaf were... so delicious. I went there with large group so dish was large plates full of food. There are two waiters. Waiters were friendly and quick response. If you wish, you can write surprise message on glass window. It’s so romantic. You will spend a nice time. You can order vegetarians foods in advance. The restaurant is not large, but it has 30 seats. There are counter seats and table areas. Table areas are indoors and outdoor seating is on the terrace. There is large glass window. It is stylish restaurant along the river. The night view is so beautiful. This is the place to go on a date. It was not cheap but I think appropriate price. Dinner ￥3,000～￥3,999 Lunch ￥1,000～￥1,999 The menu is some English. There is English speaking staff. There are vegetarian/vegan dishes. (Orange Salad etc.) The restaurant doesn ’t have halal dishes.

“a good place to relax and enjoy the view”
i stumble terrace 38 when i was walking around tokushima area. i ordered some food & coffee and sat outside. they have an outdoor sitting area which is a good touch. they also have a bar inside and can order alcoholic drinks aswell. the waiting staff were all friendly and attentive. and 1 of the st...aff can speak a little english. so its easy for foreigners to order what they want. the drinks menu is also in english n japanese so its quite is to order. overall, i enjoyed my visit to terrace 38. it was very relaxing and i recommend you to drop by if u have a spare time or just want to relax after walking around the city :)

“Beautiful location by the river”
It is very difficult to find a nice spot to relax in Tokushima but this place is a welcome addition to the scene. It is right in front of the river, on the board walk. Very pleasant, very relaxed, with lovely fresh cocktails. The owner is also lovely and welcoming. Well worth a long stop!
