“A quality burger in Matsuyama”
My second visit to this American style burger place. Anyone who has travelled in Japan knows there are no shortage of Japanese-style beef burger patties served in cafes here but they don't come with a bun, fries and condiments...delicious as they are. I'm happy to say Kobe Garage does a very nice ...burger. Located a few steps from the Okaido mall this small and casual spot offers a limited selection of burgers, hand-shaped and cooked when ordered (although well done they are moist), served on a very good toasted bun with fresh garnish. Fries are ok, (portions are small as seems to be the norm in Japan). Beer is available. The only complaint is the patty could be bigger for the bun size. My goal was to fix the craving for a N. American burger and Kobe Garage absolutely does.
