Chef Takino has been working in Japanese cuisine for 30 years, and has gained many years of experience as a head chef at a famous, long-established restaurant.
He went independent in Marugame-cho, Takamatsu City in May 2023.
He has been active in a wide range of fields, including supervising the cuisine for JAL First Class and promoting the appeal of Setouchi cuisine in the media,
and in Marugame, he delivers <tastes that can only be found at that time> with his skilled techniques.
