“590 yen surcharge for each person in my group (table charge+water charge) --absurd!”
I do not like that we got a table charge for every one in the group AND, in addition, each of us was required to buy a bottle of water. Each paid 590 yen more, which is absurd in my book. Especially, we were not informed about the table charge beforehand. Only when seated were we informed of the d...rink requirement. No where did we see the price of each bottled water or the table charge until we got the bill. The food is fine. I just do not like the unusual charges. Or, they should have stated somewhere noticable. It would be a bad business practice anywhere; it is especially bad for Japan--a country known for its qualify service and fairness to travelers. Smoking seemed to be allowed in this place, as the smell was noticable.

“Great dinner”
We randomly picked this place due to the posters in front of the restaurant. It is in the basement level so we could not see the insight of the place. But the items and pictures on the street posters were appetizing! Once we reviewed the menu, we picked many items and we were very pleased with the ...quality of the food. Service was good although we had some challenge with language. Overall good experience. Very good good! Lots of choices and variety of food - sushi, sashimi was the best, fresh and reasonably priced!! We tried yakitori skewed bbq chicken. Good! We had hot pot, a seasonal special item. Good! We recommend this place !
