Surrounded by the sea on three sides, Aomori Prefecture is rich in seafood and mountain produce, and we are particular about using ingredients from the prefecture, so please enjoy dishes that bring out the natural flavor of the ingredients. In addition to the "Omakase Kaiseki" using seasonal ingredients and the "Local Kaiseki" that incorporates dishes such as stewed strawberries, we also offer a variety of other a la carte dishes.
