I was a little apprehensive about trying beef tongue. My husband and his brother ate it growing up but neither my SNL or I had ever tried it. So I tell myself... just try everything at least once. To my surprise, it was really good. The spices and marinades make this a truly tasty dish. We tri...ed little meat balls, bbq (great), tongue in stew, sashimi style and cheesy potatoes and tongue. All delish.
