“Very authentic kiritampo restaurant, only Japanese language!”
Very authentic kiritampo restaurant. Very polite staff explaining the menue and ingreedients. Nice seers, very traditional. Very good Sake selection. Good Kiritampo, however first I tried so I have no comparison.

“So so Kiritampo served”
Akita is known for this dish during autumn/winter. I must say that this is certainly not the best that i have tried in Akita. Quite a disappointment in fact. The chicken was a little hard - not sure if it's because it is supposed to be free-range chicken that they use and that's why the meat is ...a little tougher. Tried the same dish at a ryokan and it tasted much better - the broth was thicker and richer in taste at the ryokan. Not the best i would say.
