“A bit of everything in a private room”
Restaurant is divided into many small private rooms suitable for pehaps 4 people. For bigger groups, it looked like larger spaces could be made by removing some partitions. As a solo diner, the thin partitions meant I didn't feel separated too much from the diners in the other rooms; the place cert...ainly seemed popular. There is an extensive menu coverIng a variety of Japanese dishes plus a few foreign choices as well. A clear menu with pictures to help those who don't read Japanese. OrderIng is through a tablet on the table, and is pretty intuitive even for non-japanese readers. Once ordered, service is quick and efficient. I had the fusion Japanese Ceasar salad, a (very) large sashimi selection, some fat rolls, a creme brulee for dessert and a couple of beers. The food was good and tasty and filled me up. It seemed expensive at the time, but I did eat a lot. I found out later this restaurant is part of a chain, but don't let that put you off - I might seek them out in other cities.
