“Nice place”
Tottori itself is a very nice place, because it's coastal line is between the sea and the forest. The air is wonderful. This venue is located within the local fresh-food market, which gives is a particular atmosphere. Frankly speaking the lunch menu-set that I ordered was "just OK", but there are su...rely much better dishes, especially at dinnertime.

“You pay for freshness”
The seafood served here is as fresh as it can be. You can watch your squid and fish be pulled from the tanks in the middle of the room. From there it's cleaned and served immediately. The food we ordered was fantastic. The rock oysters were huge and delicious, unlike any we'd had before. The service... was excellent. The tradeoff, though, was a very expensive meal. Worth it, but pricey.
