“Fun Experience, Made my own Okonomiyaki!”
I visited this restaurant with co-workers during lunch. I was not aware that this restaurant allows you to make your own okonomiyaki. The okonomiyaki is more Osaka style, I prefer Hiroshima style, but I feel Osaka style is easier to make, so I didn't mind. I ordered the special set which came with o...ysters. The server then brings a bowl with the ingredients mixed, and you can then empty it on the hot grill and cook it yourself. I found this to be very fun as I always love watching chefs make okonomiyaki, so it was nice being on the other side. Once done, I felt it tasted great and I did a good job preparing it. I think this restaurant is a fun experience and the okonomiyaki turned out to be great!
