I heard that the Vietnamese dish Bun Cha here is delicious, so I decided to give it a try. At first, I was a bit skeptical about having Bun Cha at a café, but I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. There was a Vietnamese staff member who mentioned he was from Hanoi. No wonder it tasted... so authentic. The lotus tea, which comes with the Bun Cha order, was a nice touch. Drinking it after the meal left my mouth feeling refreshed and comfortable. The amount of vegetables was generous, and the rice noodles had a perfect chewy texture. They also had Banh Mi available.
