“An amazing restaurant in Hiroshima”
We stumbled upon this most amazing restaurant in the back streets of Hiroshima. It is a family run business with basically a one item menu. It is an Okonomiyaki restaurant but nothing like the fast food type of business you find on almost every street corner in that part of the world. It is a Michel...in rated business which is justly deserved. The food is cooked freshly in front of you by a husband and wife team and offers an amazing variety of options,using fresh local ingredients. It is very popular with the locals who even book in advance to ensure their food is ready when they arrive. We only spent 2 days in Hiroshima but managed to eat 3 times in this restaurant, much to the amusement of the owners. If you are ever in Hiroshima you absolutely must eat here.
