私たちはステーキを注文しましたが、 サーモンのカルパッチョと カニコロッケ。 カニコロッケはステーキと一緒に提供されました。 私たちはそれを知りませんでした。 夫が不足している注文品を頼んでくれました。 注文を受けた女性スタッフは「すみません」と言いました。 調理中だと言われました。 今にして思えば、コロッケを調理した男性スタッフは、以前に提供したと説明していたのだと思います。 支払いの際に注文係の女性が不謹慎な雰囲気だったからだと思います。 請求書を見ると追加料金が発生していました。 はい、私たちは混乱して2番目のコロッケを支払いましたが、女性スタッフは私たちと快適なやり取りを維持できたでし...ょう☹️。 We ordered a steak, salmon carpaccio and crab croquette. The crab croquette was served with the steak instead of separately. We didn’t realize that. My husband asked for our missing order. The lady staff who took our order said “sorry”. We were told it’s being cooked. In hindsight, we believe the male staff, who cooked the croquette, explained to us that they served it before. We think that because the lady order taker had a discourteous air when we paid. Looking at the bill, there was an added charge. Yes, we got confused and did pay the 2nd croquette but the lady staff could have maintained her pleasant interaction with us☹️.

Nice place, Nice service, But we ordered Kobe beef steak and Wagyu beef steak. Kobe was a tasteless, hard meat, very far from Kobe grade. Wagyu meat was uneatable. They charged as it was Kobe A5. Don't waste your money here. Do not recommend this place.

Great food with reasonable price. Staff not well-versed in English but is able to understand your order via pointing to the image of your order on the menu or display boards. The beef selection can be limited but they do a great job of cooking it very well without making it hard and maintain its ju...icy and soft beef texture. The servings can be small compared to American standard but should be adequate to fill you up.

We went to Pacho in Hiroshoma station for a quick dinner as it was already 21h15 and the restaurant was closing at 22h00. We noticed the place the day before and were looking forward to a delicious Wagyu steak at an affordable price of 2980 Yen excl. tax. The waitress was very kind and guided us to ...our table. We ordered 1 portion of 300 gr. Wagyu beef with as side dishes a Salad and French fries. We also ordered a beer and a coke. Although Wagyu beef is known for its nice flavour and tenderness, this steak was one of the toughest we ever had. I couldn't even cut it with the steak knife provided. We complained to the waitress asking her whether this was genuine Wagyu beef, she went to the kitchen and confirmed it was. We could not believe it as we had eaten Wagyu beef before in Kyoto (at double price) and the meat was so tender. The waitress apologised without any compensation proposed. We paid the bill and left the place. We were so disappointed.
