“Authentic experience ”
It was nice to see how the okinokyaki is made in front of us, sitting at the border som has a hot surface which is used both for cooking/grilling and serving. It tastes delicious, despite the simplicity of the recipe and the ingredients. Okinokyaki means "anything" grilled and it is basically a thi...n pancake with egg, cabbage and a meat of your choice. You can add noodles for extra thickness and flavor. I took the one with noodles, egg, pork, shrimps and squid. They put a delicious sauce on it that caramelize on the grill. I definitely recommend this place. It's small and it can be crowded at times. Prices vary depending on how many ingredients you want in it. Between 700 and 1100 yen.
