“Top place in Okayama”
A very traditional place to experience Okayama food. There was a menu in English with pictures and descriptions of the food you might be ordering. The grilled mackerel was excellent, but the chef’s recommendation of the western Japanese “millet-fed chicken” was slightly tough, but tasty. The owner i...s a AC/DC fan who has actually played with the band some 10 years ago. He proudly showed a video clip of his exploits. Besides music, he is also a mad baseball fan Hiroshima Toya Carp.

“Overall, an amazing place to eat and drink.”
This place is simply amazing. The food is very good and very, very well priced. It serves standard izakaya fare, so many small plates of fried items. Also, the drinks are quite good and also very cheap. However, the atmosphere is amazing. The owner is extremely friendly and accommodating, and often ...sings and plays guitar at night. Definitely check this place out!
