“Fantastic, great service”
We were staying at the hotel and decided to dine in. There are vegetarian options here and the view is absolutely fantastic.

“So good, we went twice”
We weren't planning to go nor to eat steak instead of Japanese but arrived late at night during a holiday period. The hotel is away from anything else so if eating in house you are limited. Therefore, we didn't have high hopes. In fact, the meal was excellent. Service was friendly and attentive. Th...e choices very good with a wide variety of steaks and other western options. The price for a set meal is comparatively reasonable.

“Read Reviews Pleasantly Surprised”
Having read the review, I wasn’t expecting too much except a large bill! 3 of us went for the 3000 ten set menu daughter went of the menu. Starter mixed cold meats, ham and duck? All good, followed by pumpkin soup - a bit like custard but good - my son said it was the best he had had. Then fish - ...under seasoned but not bad. Sirloin steak was tasty and dessert was like a cross between creme brûlée and ice cream and very tasty - my daughter ate half of mine. About £135 including wine (muscadet overpriced at £30) however, good meal, great view so I was pretty happy.

“No.. no...no”
Dont know where to start! 2 couples, no entree ordered just 4 mains... 20 mins later 3 mains came out. Waiting...waiting ( no one starting yet to be polite) so we asked where was the 4th meal and nothing had been ordered! When it finally came out so did the bill and although everyone around us was ...being offered dessert tea/coffee no one wanted to be near us let alone serve us! I must add at this point if you think the gripe is just about the service the steak size and cooking is not good... anyway onto Kobe beef tomorrow and hopefully a much better steak!
