Came in at 11am but left nearly 1 hour plus this lunch is the worst experience i ever had... At 1st the service was so - so the restaurant was empty only us at 1st we place order the salad came in then it's was ok at 1st then all of the sudden there was a fanily of 4 came in they too place order but... their order came 1st instead especially their main course but us still waiting then another family came in they too being serve 1st in the end we are still waiting as we are not Japanese i guess that's the main reason.i thought was logical is 1st come 1st served isn't it? But that's not the case in japan? I'm not sure but in the end i had a bad day in that restaurant plus i never ever wanted to step in again and its on the 38th floor stated there sky view with that standard of services might as well i rather go to shinjuku even better it's a scam plus their food was tasteless not good at all except their dessert is ok

had a craving for okonomiyaki.. stumble back to Ebisu Gardens where I came last year. A chill and relaxing place with a view.. sunset looks amazing with Tokyo as its backdrop. the night view is equally amazing as well. came across Hana Chibo where they have a set meal that consist of grilled beef ...and okonomiyaki... multiple course dinner where servings is not big but definitely delicious and filling. The beef melts in the mouth and leaves one wanting more. the Okinomiyaki looks small initially but definitely pack a punch. topping it off with a dessert, it is a perfect way to end a long tiring day.

To be honest I am somewhat saddened that you can’t give something 0 rating as this place deserves it. The price they charged for food was beyond ridiculous. I have eaten at Michelin Star restaurants around the world that didn’t charge what these guys did for meals. My 160gm fillet steak....(complete... with vegetables - which was a sum total of about 17 mint beans) cost just over $150 in my currency. You didn’t even get decent service for that price. For the rest they got a seated menu that was MORE expensive and then none of them even got served the dessert that they paid for. Even if you win lotto don’t bother coming here to waste your money

This restaurant was listed as 'moderate' by our guide book/ There was a bit of pretentious nonsense when we arrived as to whether they could fit us in without a booking but since the place was half empty and remained that way, we felt that was unnecessary. The food when it finally arrive - 45 minute...s from ordering - was very poor. I ordered a chicken dish which was undoubtedly pork and cool to cold. Prices were very high even for Japan and we wouldn't have gone had we known the cost c£50 for two very small main courses.

Excellent Teppanyaki dinner cooked in front of you with amazing view on Tokyo (38th floor) (Ask for pair seats at the counter by the window)
