Perfect experience. We did not have reservations and they were very accommodating. We started with a bottle of red wine which turned out to be lovely. We chose the Beijing duck and garlic shrimp for our appetizers. The duck turned out to be our favorite dish of the night, very flavorful and fre...sh. The shrimp were delightful as well. The portions were perfect. We chose the small plates as we wanted to try a variety. For dinner we added beef with vegetables and pork and shrimp fried rice. Again, very flavorful and fresh. The wait staff was attentive and friendly. We definitely would recommend this spot to anyone staying at the Hyatt Regency needing a bite to eat after a long flight that wants to stay close by.
