We are a 45 year old established sushi restaurant in Ueno. I purchase ingredients directly from Tsukiji market. Please try our delicate carefully prepared Edo style sushi.
Traditional sushi restaurant on the alley within a few meters from Showa street, popular with people in the know. Our customers enjoy fresh seasonal seafood that we purchase directly from Tsukiji market every morning, and careful and highly skilful artisans’ works. What you should not miss is our smooth and pleasant counter made of Japanese cypress and the massive ice-cooling refrigerator which prevents sushi toppings from drying. We also serve good sake snacks such as dried mullet roes pickled in miso, salmon roes and cod roes pickled in sake lees, sea-cucumber ovaries and sillaginoid fish salted and dried overnight.
