“Nice view and good food”

We stopped in for lunch after visiting the Tokyo government building and were quickly seated. Some of the orders were not presented accurately, but the confusion was probably due to language issues, and it was quickly corrected. They also had a small buffet from which we were allowed to indulge - ...at no cost. Service was a bit spotty, but the food was good, and the view was great, so it all turned out OK.
