“Racist? Or just poor service”
Place was not packed, but we came in to get snacks and were denied our choice of seating and forced to purchase drinks. Won’t be back.

“Cool Calm Relaxed Top Value”
Looking for somewhere calm and relaxing with good lunch and drink options, then 802 Cafe & Diner, which we found completely by accident, is the perfect place in Shibuya. Take lift to 8th floor and there you are. Have lots of choices for drinks including craft beers, coffees and iced drinks aplenty. ...Staff very friendly and helpful for we non-Japanese speakers!

“Shibuya's Hidden Gem”
My family and I stumbled across this restaurant which overlooks Shibuya. We were taken by its creative décor and the friendliness of its trendy staff. The food was excellent and served expeditiously. It's not easy to find but well worth finding!

“BBQ pork to return for”
We took a chance on this 8th floor dining room on Halloween eve, lured by the photos downstairs that we thought promised steak. Turns out there was a roast beef 'cold dish' but no steak. Never mind. The kids chose their dishes randomly and each one came out at a different time. In hindsight I guess ...this is a better for sharing type cafe. Small pot of creamy clams were tasty but needed more bread to mop up the goodness. Likewise the autumn special of mackerel and mushrooms in a garlic butter peperoncino sauce came with nothing else and definitely needed bread. Marguerita pizza could have been cooked slightly longer but was enjoyed by all. The last 2 dishes to come were the stand outs: the hassle back potatoes - nachos without the corn chips. And the BBQ pork with roasted potatoes, rosemary and delicious gravy. Demolished in moments. Young handsome staff, nice hot apricot cocktail and dining room ambience.
