“over-priced,poor quality”
A very bland looking room with very little atmosphere. It looked like a corporate meeting room (3 wall hangings on one wall and 3 pots on the back wall) Staff:pleasant Drinks costs: £4 for a soft drink 330ml, beer/ glass of wine 100ml £7 My vegetarian meal described as mushroom with mixed vegetab...les in garlic sauce turned out to be one medium size mushroom cut into 5 pieces with a medium portion of a vegetable (green stalk plant ). I did ask where the other vegetables were but there was some confusion. The food simply did not match the description and was inadequate in portion size. My husbands meal arrived few minutes after mine was served and was adequate. It was the worst Chinese meal I have ever had . The quality was poor, did not match the menu description and was not value for money. I would avoid this place, save your money and go elsewhere.

“Chines food in a Japanese Hotel”
We were staying at the hotel and did not feel like going out for dinner after an onsen, so we went to this restaurant as the others were booked out. The service was excellent and the food was very well done and was delicious. We had a combination of dishes and all were served very well. Very reaso...nable cost compared to the Japanese and French restaurants in the same hotel.

“Good Chinese food”
The food is good and service quick, but the interior of the restaurant isn't exactly expiring. But, if staying at the hotel it's a short and convenient walk from the room.

“Service with a smile”
After our Onsen experience, we went to try the restaurant for our dinner. At first, we want to try the Japanese restaurant but the time was so close to the when the bar opens. We are with our 10 year old daughter so they suggested the chinese restaurant instead. The waiter was there with a smile t...hat truly depicts his service. When we want to make sure that the dish is kid friendly, he asked the chef if it has chili and if they could separate the sauce. He was so helpful with us when we asked what the other table ordered that he matched it to the menu item. The dish was delicious and we enjoyed the meal. Gyoza, chicken with lemon sauce and ramen were all good.
