Kairo is a hidden gem, near Meguro station. Stumble across this place and you'll be in for a real treat. Kairo's main feature is motsu (intestine) hot pot. There are 3 delightful flavors to choose from: White miso base, Spicy miso base, and Soy base. Either which, you can't go wrong. In addit...ion, they have assorted side dishes to complement the main dish. One of absolute favorites is the 和牛テールコラーゲン (Stewed Ox-tail). Wash it down with beer or Shouchu, absolute bliss.
