“百名店炭香焦脆鰻魚飯 可網上預約!”
前一陣子的東京旅行,到了這一間評分很高的鰻魚飯店, 1980年開業至今已經有44年歷史, 一個月前在網上選好餐點, 用信用卡付款+訂座,非常方便! 連同鰻魚飯共七道菜: ➤前菜是嫩滑腐皮+鰻魚和鰻魚肝等, ➤接著是開胃的酸青瓜+涼拌鰻魚,吃起來非常清爽,完全沒有油膩感, 改變了對鰻魚油膩的印象 ➤接着有炸得非常酥脆的魚骨,一咬下去清脆響亮,實在太過香脆的聲音,鄰座也聽得到! ➤刺身的質素上乘,赤身非常柔軟香甜! ➤鰻魚清湯加上鴨兒芹的輕淡芹味更鮮甜, ➤鰻魚飯用上傳統日式漆器盛載、 一打開蓋香氣撲鼻而來! 以頂級紀州備長炭蒲燒而成的鰻魚, 由於限量野生鰻魚只有較大的size, 送免浪費食物,...所以就只吃了養殖版本,但是肉質也同樣處理的入口即化! 記得加上山椒粉,吃起來不會太膩 ➤最後以清爽的黃豆厥餅作結 整體體驗非常好,吃到了理想中的鰻魚味道,伴菜的份量適中而家味道清爽,能好好地襯托味道濃重的鰻魚飯 Visited in Feb 2024, at this highly-rated eel rice restaurant in Tokyo, with a 44-year history. The seven-course meal was a delightful experience. Highlights included tender bean curd sheets with eel + liver as appetizers, refreshing pickled cucumber and eel salad, crispy fried fish bones, and superbly fresh sashimi. The eel soup with celery was light and flavorful. The eel rice, served in a traditional lacquerware container, had a tantalizing aroma and was prepared with premium charcoal, resulting in melt-in-your-mouth perfection. The meal ended with a refreshing kinako warabi dessert. It was an exceptional dining experience, showcasing the perfect balance of flavors.

I have lived in Japan for 4 years. This is the essence of Japanese culture. Simplicity with excellence. If any of. the readers enjoy eel, (Unagi) this is THE place. I suggest making a reservation. You will not regret it.

“Authentic and friendly service”
This place is slightly out of the way, but not too far off from Tokyo Skytree. We were able to make a booking easily online. Initially we ordered the wild eel, but unfortunately that was not available on the day. So we settled for the domestic ones. It was one of the best unaju I ever had in my life.... The eels were very fat and cooked just right, and the rice was very fluffy. The chargrilled eel had a very delicious smoky flavor. There was quite a wait as they prepare the eels only after diners arrive. Appetizer is fried eel bone and boiled eel liver. The owners were very friendly and the chef (whom I assume is the owner) came out and say goodbye to use too. Definitely recommend when in Tokyo!

“best Unagi in Town”
前菜:(鰻肝,鰻骨)好吃,雖然現場現點現做要等比較久,但絕對值得等待,我們是用國產 鰻,肉質很好,米飯煮得很好,we try the domestic Eels, the quality is very good.
