“Great stumbleupon”
We only managed to come across this place because the 'popular' tourist pancake place next door was full. The place didn't disappoint, we needed to try the waffles as it was the main thing highlighted on the menus. Ordering was easy as they had both a QR system and English printed menus. Service th...ough was a bit slow and our order took over 20 minutes to arrive. Waffles were amazing and highly recommended, the paninis however were decent but not great. Portioning is on the smaller side more akin to desert serving sizes rather than breakfast. Would recommend it if in the area. Food: 4.5/5 Beverages: 3/5 Service: 3/5 Ambiance: 4/5

“Tasty”
There are different sandwiches, paninis and waffles for a breakfast. Tasty, big portions and reasonable prices. Wi-fi for guests.

“Fabulous, delicious, our go-to place for breakfast”
We first breakfasted at Noa Cafe in Harajuku and then were delighted to discover a branch in the Ginza area near our hotel. We went to the Ginza branch for breakfast twice and on our last day we ordered via Uber Eats. The food caters to western taste with egg salad or smoked salmon or tuna sandwiche...s and great warm crispy waffles with different toppings. We all loved everything we ordered each time and would have gone back again if we hadn't had other plans on different days. Service excellent, restaurant tastefully designed, quiet and pleasant, prices very reasonable. Definitely a go-to place for breakfast and light meals for us.

“It’s open early. That’s the best part.”
Bad coffee, service seemed annoyed you where there (although they where short a person IMO), told we couldn’t order a chocolate dessert that “wasn’t ready” when we could see it sitting in the chiller.

“Average Café”
Noa Café is a basement café hidden in the busy Ginza shopping district. Everything is average, including the overall cleanliness, service and food quality. Desserts such as the Dark Syrup & Soybean Flower & Sesame Gelato Waffle Set (JPY 1,420) look and taste better than drinks, which are quite wat...ery and flavorless.
