This restaurant serves rustic flavored soba. A long time ago, our soba was eaten by neighborhoods and relations of Chichibu (countryside) local people. We serve this plain flavor.
Ground buckwheat shell is retracted whole to create this traditional, highly aromatic and time-consuming countryside soba.
