・Using the unique heat properties of Bincho-charcoal keep flavors in, it's cooked all in one go.
・Our restaurant's recommended sauce and salt are available, however, customers can choose their favorite alternatives as well.

・Cooking begins from the moment customers place their order. For this reason, preparation requires approx. 20 to 30 minutes.
