“Oysters -- BUT Go Early”
The main attraction of Oysterbar Hokkaido is Hokkaido oysters, and they are delicious. However, make sure you make a reservation and make sure you go early!! We arrived at 8:00pm without a reservation and got a nice table, but many of the oyster offerings were already sold out. However, we were a...ble to get very tasty oysters raw, steamed, and grilled. To supplement the lack of oysters, we had an excellent crab salad, garlic shrimp, and grilled fish. Everything was delicious and the place was clean, but crowded. We would definitely return, but at an earlier hour and with reservations. The atmosphere is friendly, but noisy and busy.

“Excellent staff, good food, fun time”
We were staying nearby in the new Mitsui Garden Hotel Nihonbashi Premier, and this restaurant was round the corner in Coredo. We dropped by to book a table, and were welcomed by one of their staff, who took our booking. We arrived at the duly appointed time, and were given a great table overlooking ...the kitchen area. The staff were very friendly and helpful, (a situation no doubt assisted by the fact that my companion is Japanese and from Hokkaido), which smoothed any possible language issues I might have had. The food and sake were good, and I would recommend.
