In May 2015, our restaurant moved from Azabujuban to Ginza, that is the center of food-culture in Tokyo, getting a fresh start.
We opened this restaurant, with a chef who had trained cooking of Spanish cuisine mainly alongside French cuisine and three-star Japanese cuisine.
Please enjoy "Honda Seiichi's Spanish cuisine" which is little different from the authentic one via adding his flavor.
