No complaints against their food or their price whatsoever. In fact, it was a decent meal for the price they charged. They have English-speaking waitresses to help you complete your order if you do not speak any Japanese. However, this establishment does not enforce a smoke-free policy. The so-calle...d "private cabins" are far from being sound-proof or air-tight. So if you have a problem with second-hand smoke while dining, I would not recommend this place at all. Also, be careful when you sign the credit card authorization at check-out. The clerk who worked there at the time charged us incorrectly which made the bill nearly double the price of our actual consumption. We had to make our taxi driver turn back because of this mistake. And then a third time because they again forgot to give us back our credit card after cancelling the incorrect charge. The restaurant staff apologized but never offered to pay the additional taxi fare incurred by their mistakes. Normally at this price level you would expect someone much sharper working at the cash register. That's not the case here. Terrible experience overall, especially at check-out. Most likely will not go back again.
