We are a long-established Unagi(Eel) Kappo cuisine restaurant loved by the connoisseurs.
Sokaya-Kichibe, the first generation, has founded this restaurant in 1800 in Edo (ancient Tokyo).

Since Edo period "Kabayaki (glaze-grilled eel)" was loved by many people.
We are the long-established "Eel kappo restaurant" loved by the connoisseurs. We have walked in history with "Kabayaki" for a long time.
The restaurant has been passed down since Sokaya-Kichibe, the first generation, has founded in 1800 in Edo.
Enjoy our deep flavor from tradition and history at our unagi (eel) restaurant in Nihonbashi loved by the renowned cooking researcher, Asako Kishi.
