“For Sashimi Lovers”
Situated just near Kii-Katsuura Station, this restaurant is pleasant with a nice range of seafood and it was very tasty. English menu provided. Reasonably priced

“Right outside Kii-Katsuura Station”
You can't miss it, as it is the first store you'll see once you exit Kii-Katsuura Station. It is a nicely furnished and modern restaurant, with a proper English menu. They serve a variety of sashimi bowls, as well as the famous breadcrumb-coated tuna. I was rushing to catch the bus to Daimon-zaka, a...nd got a takeaway of the aburi (seared) rice bowl with uni, tako, and other fish - which was good and fresh.

“Rice Bowl Full of Fish”
My Japanese friend to me to this place because I had never eaten in Natchikatsuura and I was really happy that she introduced me to Bodai. We arrived a little after midday on a Bank Holiday and the restaurant was relatively lively. Service was fast and the lunch set was tasty. The food was more t...han enough and the restaurant was comfortable. Access to wifi is a definite plus. Worth a visit!

“Their toro katsu ... yummy yum yum”
Saw Bodai been listed in one of the local brochures. So decided trying as it looked pretty decent cosy restaurant and ended in there two nights running. Their extensive English menu was informative enough to decide your order. Food was fresh and delicious. Loved the toro katsu (had two servings the ...first night) and also the ume wine. Prices were reasonable considering the quality of the food. Already plan to eat there again next year.

“Bodai worth a visit”
Arrived in Kiikatsuura this afternoon and when looking for a place for dinner the owner of our hotel recommended Bodai. We had the maguro yuke which is a delicious marinated tuna fish, the toro katsu a beautiful tuna fish, next was the aburage rice dish for me and umiboshi rice tea for my wife. A ...reasonably priced place with good service and close to the station. If you're in Kiikatsuura it's with a try.
