Best Wagyu burger I ever had. Best burger period. Hostess was as rude as they come. I didn't want to sit by the front door, instead requested to sit more inside the restaurant. I got an eye roll that I will never forget. I thought her eyes were going to pop out of her head. Condiments, ketchup and m...ayo, cost extra...are you kidding me?! Our server, who took our order, was fine, but she wanted me to make sure I mentioned her in my review. I guess she's looking for a raise. She only took our order. Two other people brought us our entrees, someone else brought the condiments and another person brought the bill. Lots of moving parts. Located right at the train station hub. Great burger, everything else with a grain of salt.

I researched the alternative restaurants in the Kyoto Station area, and decided to try this one despite mixed reviews. It was close to my hotel and I wanted a good beer. I was turned away curtly… nowhere in my research did anyone say this place is by reservation only

Very good value, staff lovely. Service super quick. Drinks slightly more expensive v other mid price restaurants but still cheap compared to Europe. Fish and chips very cheap for a dinner. Portion size was small but matched photo. As we had a late big lunch this worked well for us. Overall great val...ue.

Rudest experience in Japan. High prices, no quality. Restaurant has no standard, staff has no manners. Tourist trap. Eating there was like in a hostel.
