Tourists are charged for sitting and for the water. Better going with Japanese friends. Food is nice but this form of discrimination makes everything bitter

We had a great time in the restaurant and te food was really fantastic. We are with 4 people and 3 persons took the menu and itwas a great experience.

A good spot for evening or late night food. Above average okonomiyaki and an excellent medium cold beer plus first class service - for around 2.300 yen. Recommended as a safe spot for the foreign tourist.

Clearly popular with locals . Only counter seating was available so did not benefit from full experience of food on the table hot plate. Offered a La carte and set menu . Only set menu in English. Not bad value as included sorbet and drink . Food came very fast . Very bland however though the squid... part of the fried noodles was tasty. Food was all the same texture and not nearly as good as other local restaurants we tried. Staff were friendly. Cash only and pay at table. Opposite Nijo station and close to hotel so convenient but won’t be going back.

We were looking for Okonomiyaki near our Airbnb and found this through a search. We were very pleased we tried it out. The staff were very friendly, and the food was great. We had 4 of the house specialty Nakanaka Okonomiyaki (it was probably too much food) as well as some gyoza. The Okonomiyaki... HD beef and shrimp - very good!
