“False advertising to call this an Irish pub”
Worst "Irish" pub I have visited overseas. Fish and chips awful and people at next table, from Yorkshire, complained of dark burned chicken. Guinness brought o table within 2 minutes of ordering (good service but Guinness takes 4 minutes to pour correctly). Only one of staff soke understandable E...nglish.

“A bit of Ireland in Kyoto”
We were looking for a little respite and the Man in the Moon pub provided a Great atmosphere and great food. Fabulous Fish and Chips and Cottage Pie.

“Best Guiness in Kyoto, friendly welcome.”
Really nice burger and fries. Portions not large but costs aren't either. Best Guiness in town. Could do with adding to the looped Irish music. Apparently Japanese owner and multi-national business and travelling clients all having a warm welcome from really good staff. Yana, Kaede and the others wo...rk hard to make you feel welcome. Stayed in the Sequence Hotel with my daughter almost opposite the pub so it was a regular visit for me. I say go for sure but beware no late drinking!! They shut on time...11.00pm

“Nice stop on the way back from dinner”
Nice pub, good service. Loved watching the Orix Buffaloes play in the Climax Series but can understand why they changed to soccer.

“Good atmosphere and nice staff”
Been to this bar and their other locations a couple of times and have always liked it. Even when it’s very busy the atmosphere is good. It’s especially nice finding a place to watch big games like NRL, and even though the staff seems very busy they were friendly.
