Visiting osaka for the first time and heared it was the place for fugu. Simply did a gurunavi search for restaurants that served fugu in the local area and fugutora came highly recommended. The banquet of fugu we received was nothing but exceptional for 2 people and the staff worked with us as best ...as they could despite our lack of speaking or understanding the Japanese language.
