“Seafood pasta with scallop”
The lunch course was consistent with two pastas and meat. The appetizer was perfectly arranged and tasty. The first pasta was cold one and I really enjoyed the scallop grilled with a little burned, whiout ch has some sweetness. The meet was a superb pork cutlet and brown bear meat which is half cook...ed. Taken together, this is a very good restaurant to visit after the era of virus infection. One of the cook in the open kitchen was not wearing any mask and except for one waiter others wearing only small plastic masks which is only good to prevent them from spitting over dishes and probably no effect for virus spreading. I am also probably over-sensitive to be afraid of Trichinella to eat half cooked bear meat.
