“Locals in a strange restaurant ”

Strange place..located in a hotel (and indeed partially in the hotel lobby if you have one of the more 'out-there' seats). The menu is in Japanese, so it is recommended that you at least understand some Japanese (order via qr code). Staff was friendly, but also only spoke Japanese. Food was okay, bu...t not more than that. Tons of locals though, so it does feel authentic.
