“A taste of Sendai gyu-tan”

It was a nice try with special style of serving where raw egg is mixed in tororo bowl. The staff was friendly as I could not read much of the explanation. Would recommend if you dare try tan-yaki, a delicacy especially in Sendai although most are imported from USA, as I hear.
