“Delishious first okonomiyaki”

Finalky got to try okonomiyaki on a business trip and thoroughly enjoyed it. Japanese colleague ordered some mushroom slices and tongue to start then each of us a mixed shrimp and octopus version to try. You mix it all together then place on the hot plate until cooked then flip (perhaps best describ...ed a DIY teppanyaki). Very filling and tasty and washed down with a couple of beers.
