“Do not eat here.”

I cannot stress this enough… this was the worst meal we had in Japan. DEFINITELY the most expensive. Service was suspect… dirty tables. Avoid. $330 USD for 2 people was the most expensive and overpriced meal we had in Japan by a LONG SHOT.

“Great food and great view!”

My fiance and I came here a couple hours after I proposed to her. I let the staff know that beforehand, and when they brought out dessert "Engaged!" was written. Thats a nice touch! We did the 5 course menu with champagne and it was fantastic with a fish dish and a beef dish... I felt it was a p...retty good deal too for that food, with that view, in the Ritz!

“Great restaurant for couples”

I recently dined at Towers with my fiancé, and it was an exceptional experience. The ambiance was romantic, with dimmed lighting and soft music setting the perfect mood. The service was stunning, the staff was attentive and courteous throughout. We started with the appetizer, which was both delicio...us and beautifully presented. Our main courses were outstanding, showcasing a delightful blend of flavors and ingredients. The wine selection complemented our meal perfectly, and our server's recommendations were spot on. The desert was fabulous. The restaurant's attention to hygiene and safety protocols was reassuring, given the current circumstances. The overall atmosphere was beautiful, making it an ideal spot for a romantic dinner. Although it was a bit on the pricey side, the quality of the food and service justified the cost. Will definitely give this restaurant another try when we visit.

“Yikes, pretty bad!”

I spent the past 2 weeks dining at 2 fine dining restaurants a day and spent over $30k usd doing so on French, Italian, Japanese, Chinese, and Korean at stand-alone establishments like Seryna and Ukai to hotel restaurants at Palace, Four Seasons, Grand Hyatt, Ritz, Mandarin Oriental, etc. I hate to... make this designation but holy crap for the near $1k we spent here one night it was the worst dinner we had by either Japanese or US standards. Half the dishes were inedible, the drinks were criminally overpriced (this is coming from someone that doesn’t mind ordering shots of Clase Azul Anejo for $200/shot at a bar at Four Seasons). Nothing here was remarkable and we were just anxious to get out to grab a ramen somewhere close by. Stick with the breakfast here and avoid lunch and dinner here. If you just dine here go to Hinokizaka, much better food there.

“Eat Out, Not in!”

While I agree with the other reviews that the hotel, ambiance, and view is amazing…. We had severe disappointment in the food. First of all, for a restaurant of this caliber the meal needs to be better than my home cooking; which it wasn’t - at least in this instance. We did the four course French... dinner as well as breakfast. For the dinner, the main course was equivalent to a crock pot dish…. The easiest of any home cooking because you can set it up in the morning with five minutes effort and it is ready to serve when you get home from work…. The other three courses were decent, but not filling enough to be considered a meal by themselves. Regarding breakfast, you can get a much better one at La Pain Quotidian in the square off the first floor for a much lower price.
