“ランチ最高!”

久しぶりにランチ時間に訪問。鮪のカマ焼きが有名なお店。ランチメニューは四つ。今回は定番の大カマ焼きにした。 ボリュームがあり、お腹いっぱいになる。女性には小カマ焼き+刺身にすることをお勧めする。また意外に焼き鳥丼も美味い。 I visited for lunch after a long time. This restaurant is famous for its grilled salmon. Lunch menu is four. This time I made it a standard large grilled fish. I have a volume and I am ful...l. It is recommended that females cook small kamamari + sashimi. Also surprisingly Yakitori bowl is delicious.

We got to this place following recommendations from other travelers. Reservation is a must, since the place is packed most of the time, and you might not find the special tuna dish, Makuro Naga Ochi, which is very good. Even though most of the stuff does not speak English they did an extra efforts t...o make sure we fine. The kitchen offers many dishes and I recommend sharing as much of them as you can, in order to taste as many flavors as you can. Overall - a true highlight of our trip to Tokyo.

“Not your typical Sushi restaurant”

The "tuna off the bone" experience alone is worth th etrip, but the rest of the food is solid and the atmosphere is fun and casual. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for something special.

“Way more than just tuna ribs.”

So, my friend and I came here to try the tuna ribs that they are known for. And we did just that, got the "slab" of ribs, scraped off the meat with our clam shell. Even went as far as to dig the fluid that was in between the spinal column out and eat that. It was everything we expected it to be. ... Insanely fresh tuna, great red meat, best you will ever have. But there is way more to the menu that you don't read a whole lot about. Don't get me wrong, do the tuna as it is sensational. But try something in addition to that. We also had some of the yakitori that they offer. We did gizzard, heart, breast, breast and green onion. The heart seriously tasted like steak. Not even joking. The breast still had some skin on it which they did a wonderful job at crisping up. But the real shining star was the grilled tuna collar. Oh my goodness, I would go back time and time and time and time again for this one thing. The meat just disappears into nothingness in your mouth, beyond tender, great meaty flavor. There is some marrow that you can eat also that is like butter. We got the bone on that as clean as you possibly can. It was possibly my favorite thing that we at in all of Japan while there. Get the ribs, but branch out and get other stuff too. You won't regret it. Also, the service and hospitality was top notch. I fell down some stairs on our way to the restaurant and my knee was bleeding pretty badly, the server noticed and brought me a warm damp cloth and was getting down on one knee as to clean it. I kept bowing in appreciation for the gesture but definitely didn't allow him to do so. Never had to ask for anything, all the food was coursed out in a very timely manner. Plus, the place was full of locals which is the #1 thing you should look for. I will go back on a return trip to Japan.
