We had an outstanding dinner at Hyoto Shibuya. The service was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we arrived. This was our very first shabu‑shabu, and the staff took great care to explain everything with patience and kindness, making the experience smooth, fun, and memorabl...e.The quality of the ingredients was excellent, and the whole atmosphere felt refined yet relaxed — perfect for a special evening in Shibuya. It truly couldn’t have been a better introduction to shabu‑shabu. We left with full hearts and full stomachs, already looking forward to returning.

Kyoto Hyoto Shabu Shabu in Shibuya is a hidden gem! The beef and pork were divine, but the real star of the show was the homemade udon at the end. 🍜 The texture was perfect, and it soaked up all the delicious broth.
